Luckily I have older saves that I can use to replace them with their proper faces but that's definitely not any sort of fix since it's really tedious to do. The appearance doesn't change entirely - it's like their faces get shrunk up. I originally had it on the teen thread but realized it's happening to them as children. Doubt it needs its own thread so I'm putting it here.
